These terms apply when you use autoplexmd.com, which AutoPlex Motor Design runs. By using it you agree to them. The website is for learning about our services and asking for a quote. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to get around its security or by sending a request in someone else's name.

“From” prices

A “From” price is the starting price for the vehicle class it names, for the service as described. Your price is confirmed in a written estimate after we inspect your vehicle, and it can be higher for a larger vehicle, extra work or options you choose.

Quotes and estimates

A quote request from this website is a request, not a booking or a contract. We reply with questions or an estimate. Work starts only after you approve a written estimate, and we ask for your OK before doing anything that would cost more.

The chat assistant

The chat is an AI assistant. Its answers are general information about AutoPlex and our services. They are not quotes, estimates, commitments or professional advice, and they can be wrong. For a price, ask for a quote. For anything important, check with our team.

WhatsApp and calls

“Call us” dials our shop line, and “WhatsApp” opens a WhatsApp chat, where WhatsApp's own terms apply. If we miss your call, we may message you on WhatsApp from the same number. Our messaging terms explain how we handle calls and messages, and our phone number is shown as text at the bottom of every page.

The text, design, photos and films on this website belong to AutoPlex or are used with permission. Concept images and placeholders are labelled as such. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written OK. Open-source software credits are on the legal page.

AutoPlex is an independent shop. We are not affiliated with, authorized by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. Makes and models are named only to describe the vehicles we work on.

Limits of our liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it is always correct, complete or online. To the extent the law allows, AutoPlex is not liable for losses that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law, including under California's Automotive Repair Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law.
